25 competitors fight against the cold, hunger, and physical and mental challenges to become the winner of the most extreme reality show in the world. Divided into two teams, Camp North and Camp South, they must survive in a hostile environment and compete in challenges that will grant them benefits and immunity. The team that does not achieve immunity must eliminate one of its members through the vote of their teammates in the Tribal Council.

In an advanced stage of the competition, the camps merge: the challenges transform into individual battles where everyone fights against everyone. The finalist will win a significant cash prize.
