In the mid-70s, South America's economy drew a lot of scoundrels into Uruguay. With a military government, shady investors from neighboring countries saw the Uruguayan financial market as an ideal place to make money disappear. This is when Humberto Brause begins a race in the buying and selling of foreign currency.
