Gonzalo Suárez, owner of a used car dealership in Mexico City, lives between sales and problems, while his children—Maya, Bruno, Sofía, and Azul, from two different marriages—hardly ever see him. After forgetting his son's birthday and suffering an accident, he realizes he needs to make up for lost time. With the help of Claudio, his mechanic and accomplice, he organizes a vacation in the Caribbean to reconnect with them. But a mistake in the reservation leaves them stranded on an old boat, turning the ideal trip into a chaotic and fun adventure.
