Chan Chi-Lung, a Hong Kong police officer, goes undercover in the criminal underworld, tasked with stopping a troublemaking gangster who has returned from the United States. Chan is struggling to balance between the two worlds, trying to keep his family life together while keeping his identity a secret. He must risk everything, putting himself in deadly danger, in order to complete his mission.
