It's 1982 in Stockholm. Three 13-year-old girls, Bobo, Klara and Hedvig spend their time roaming the streets. They are brave, tough and strong, but at the same time weak, confused and weird. They have had to learn to take care of themselves way too early, heating fish fingers in the toaster when Mom is at the pub. Then one day they decide to start a punk band without any instruments, even though everybody says that punk is dead.
