Turu, the Wacky Hen
Turuleca is a hen, but she's unable to lay eggs as the rest. Sr. Cocoricó, a rather dishonest hen breeder, is its owner, and he arrives to the little town of Harmony Ville to trade. There he deceivingly sells Turuleca to a nice aging woman named Isabel in order to get rid of the useless animal. Isabel, a retired music teacher, decides to play some music for Turuleca, hoping that will help her lay eggs. But instead, she finds that Turuleca is able to understand her. So Turuleca starts a happy life at Isabel's farm as she learns how to speak the human language, as well as a lot of songs to sing. Melody, the cow, also lives there, along with, Rythm, the sheep, and Beat, the hog. But the happiness ends abruptly when, one day, Isabel trips and falls to the ground and she's taken to a hospital with amnesia. Turuleca decides to go after the ambulance, but she loses its track, gets lost and arrives at Circus Daedalus, where its owner Antonio is greatly indebted with a ruthless trader called Armando Tramas, a former contortionist expelled from the circus. Turuleca starts a new journey to find Isabel and get back to her happy life at the farm.
