Arthur lives a quiet life between Florence, his partner of five years, and his specialized sports store. Everything is going perfectly well until the day Florence tells him, without any warning, that she is leaving him for another man. She says that she is getting married and that she is leaving to live abroad. Stunned, Arthur is convinced that Florence does not know what she is doing. He never stops looking for her, even when he learns that the wedding will take place in a few days in Miami. He is not invited, but the decision is made that he will go to this wedding. At the same time, Emilie Vergano, with a masterful hand gets a painting stolen from a famous Parisian Museum for the account of a sponsor also living in Miami. Arthur and Emilie will then meet at the airport of Paris while leaving for America. They will not really leave each other for a rather simple reason: that they were wanted by the police. Emilie places the stolen painting in Arthur's bag, meaning that Arthur will embark on an adventure over a few days that he had not planned – at all!
