Bruno, a film producer on his way out, is unable to accept the fact that his wife is leaving him. He happens to meet a young woman who has written a screenplay that she wants to make into a movie at all costs and to direct herself. Bruno stakes everything on this idea – and the young woman – knowing that it is his last chance to prove himself career-wise and as a human being.
