While visiting her father at the aquarium where he works, Ruka meets Umi and Sora, a mysterious pair of brothers with magical powers. Together they open up a strange, new world to Ruka. A plot to unravel the secrets that shroud the brothers' backgrounds is in motion, while a series of supernatural phenomena take place on earth.
