A group of international wanted criminals that fled to Southeast Asia are now to be boarded onto a prison ship. These heinous criminals gathered in Manila Port, Philippines with senior detectives. Among them, there are Jong-doo (Seo In-Guk) who is desperate to escape, and Do-il (Jang Dong-Yoon) who has to return to Korea. They each have their own ulterior motives, and board the ship with wariness. On the way to Korea, they encounter unprecedented extreme conditions on the Pacific Ocean.
