After being dumped by her boyfriend, Pauline lets herself be dragged, by her sister, to a luxurious hotel on the Italian Riviera. Instead of indulging in the pleasures of lounging around and doing nothing, Pauline convinces herself that a crime has been committed in the hotel and starts playing at being detective, carrying along a seductive lifeguard into her investigations.
