Joan

A six-part drama series about Joan Hannington, a notorious jewel thief in the 1980s. Joan is a fiery and uncompromising woman in her 20s who is also deeply scarred and vulnerable. She is a devoted mother to her six-year-old daughter Kelly, but she is trapped in a disastrous relationship with a violent criminal called Gary. When Gary goes on the run, Joan seizes the opportunity to create a new life for herself and her daughter, becoming a masterful robber in the process.
