Six-part thriller set on the red eye flight from London to Beijing. After attending a conference and nearly dying in a car crash, Dr. Matthew Nolan arrives back in London, only to be arrested and accused of murdering a Chinese woman. Despite protesting his innocence, Nolan is renditioned to China to face charges. DC Hana Li is the no-nonsense British-Chinese officer escorting Nolan, and her resentment towards her assignment, and Nolan himself, is immediate. When an incident occurs on board, she suspects foul play, and following a call from Head of MI5 Madeline Delaney, Hana finds herself embroiled in an escalating conspiracy. Hana's sister Jess, a budding journalist, helps uncover the conspiracy on the ground in London.
