Greta Lee as Lilypad

Lee voices the frog-shaped tablet that turns the toys’ world upside down.

Lee recently played programmer and tech CEO Eve Kim in TRON: Ares, and has a prominent role on The Morning Show. Her previous voice work includes the Spider-Man movie, Spider-Man™: Across the Spider-Verse, and a guest role on Solar Opposites.

Conan O’Brien as Smarty Pants

This tech toy makes toilet training fun!

O’Brien has hosted multiple late-night talk shows and the 2025 and 2026 Oscars®. He often appears as himself in other shows, including two episodes of The Simpsons.

Craig Robinson as Atlas

Atlas joins the tech-toy squad as an upbeat hippo GPS toy.

Robinson is best known as Darryl Philbin on The Office. He’s voiced a range of characters on adult animated shows like American Dad and The Cleveland Show, as well as the principal on Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.

Tom Hanks as Woody

We met Woody as the fastest lasso in the West and Andy’s favorite toy. When Andy outgrew his toys in Toy Story 3, Woody spearheaded the group’s relocation to Bonnie’s house. By the end of Toy Story 4, Woody decided to leave Bonnie’s room to help lost toys find kids who will love them.

Oscar®-winner Hanks is one of America’s most beloved actors, with unforgettable roles including Josh Baskin in Big, Allen Bauer in the mermaid romance Splash, and, of course, Woody in the Toy Story movies.

Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear

Buzz arrived in Andy’s room as a brazen new toy who was convinced he wasn’t a toy at all. Over the course of the movies, Buzz has helped his friends out of plenty of jams, proving that even a toy can be a hero. Buzz and Woody’s friendship remains a fan-favourite element of the franchise.

Allen is the star of The Santa Clause franchise, which includes three movies and The Santa Clauses Disney+ show. Allen also stars alongside Kat Dennings in the sitcom Shifting Gears.

Joan Cusack as Jessie

Jessie, the cowgirl, first appeared in Toy Story 2 with a sparkling personality, but still hurt after being abandoned by her previous owner. When Woody left Bonnie’s home in Toy Story 4, he handed his sheriff’s badge to Jessie, signalling her growth and readiness to step up as a leader.

Cusack has been a fixture of the big screen since the 80s, appearing in romcom classics like Working Girl and Runaway Bride. Beyond the Toy Story movies, her voice acting roles include Mars Needs Moms and an episode of Phineas and Ferb.

Tony Hale as Forky

Forky joined Bonnie’s toys in Toy Story 4. At first, he was insecure about being homemade, cobbled together from a spork, googly eyes, and popsicle sticks. But over time, Forky realised that Bonnie’s love for him meant he belonged in her room, not the trash.

Hale is a fan favourite on comedy shows, including clueless Buster Bluth on Arrested Development and the long-suffering assistant to the vice president, Gary Walsh, on Veep. He’s also brought many animated characters to life, including Fear in Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2 and Ultron in Marvel’s Iron Man and His Awesome Friends.

The movie is full of familiar faces and voices, including Annie Potts as Bo Peep, John Ratzenberger as Hamm, and Wallace Shawn as Rex. Jeff Bergman and Anna Vocino join the cast as Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, and Blake Clark reprises his role as Slinky Dog.

The film features special voice cameos including 6x GRAMMY® Award winner Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, also known as Bad Bunny, who voices the effortlessly cool and mysterious new character Pizza with Sunglasses. Alan Cumming also joins the voice cast in a cameo as Evil Bullseye, Bullseye’s playtime alter ego during an imagination sequence in the new film.
