Two brothers, shrewd Trinity and grumpy Bambino are two trigger-happy bandits with a tender heart. In this new adventure, they are mistaken for federal agents and take advantage of this misunderstanding to get money from a local squire, actually the boss of a group of arms traffickers who smuggle guns out of a monastery. Trinity and Bambino end up rescuing a group of monks but remain empty-handed.

…Continuavano a chiamarlo Trinità

The sequel to western comedy film “They Call Me Trinity” with Bud Spencer and Terence Hill proved to be a smash hit. The two brothers are ready for a new adventure involving fist-fights, great card tricks, a corrupt sheriff and a gentleman who’s actually the boss of an arms trafficking gang, a monastery used for smuggling activities, a helpless farming family and a pretty young girl Trinity falls for. Trinity and Bambino try hard to keep the promise made to their parents to become horse thieves but inevitably end up on the good side of things, as they are far too kind and generous to live like bandits. Being mistakenly taken for a pair of federal agents, the two brothers finally manage to save the farming family and a group of monks from a gang of gun runners, and get away with the money, which they are soon forced to give back to real federal agents. Memorable are the scenes at the poker table and in the exclusive local restaurant.
