Undead and Unluck

Fuko Izumo is a girl about to commit suicide. As she is about to take the plunge, a man stops her but he will be infected with a terminal disease and die if they touch her. However, one look away, and the kitchen knife Fuko is holding stabs the gut of the man! Amused while spilling blood from his mouth, he grabs her as he asks for the details about the disease. As they argue, only the footing around him crumbles, and he is run over by a train speeding over. Fuko was a "Negator" with the power "Unluck", negating the fortune of whoever touches her body. Though believed to be instantaneously dead, the man’s head reappears before Fuko and his body regenerates before her eyes. He was also a Negator with the ability of "Undead". He rejoices that he has finally met someone with the power to grant him a true death. He abducts Fuko from the scene and immediately starts investigating the conditions for the greatest stroke of unluck to happen. However, hunters from the Anti-Unidentified Phenomena Control Organization AKA “Union” come after them!
