Scrupulous and smart policeman Speed faces his fourth death penalty attempt; they have tried to hand, gas and shoot him to no avail. What has happened? We then go into a flashback that explains why he is in this current situation. Our narrator explains that he was hit with an atomic blast, and then discovered that he had superpowers: he was able to move object with the mind force, had the ability to see the future, could jumps from skyscrapers, could run as fast as a car, catch bullets in his teeth and walk on the water and much more. But unfortunately Speed has a weakness: whenever he sees the colour red, his powers fail him. Neither his superior Sergeant Dunlop nor his girlfriend believe him at first. Super agent Speed wants to use his new found powers in the line of duty, becoming Super Fuzz. He decides to bring down Torpedo, a crime boss laundering counterfeit money. He realizes that Torpedo and his moll Rosie Labouche are transporting counterfeit money inside his fish, but his plan fails when Dunlop, unaware of Rosie’s underworld ties, falls for her and tells her their plan. Torpedo then fights back killing Dunlop, and when Dave returns to Headquarters he discovers he's been sentenced to death for the alleged murder of his superior. Will he use his talents to escape the electric chair? Or will he be executed? No, he won’t! Our Superhero escapes from prison, rescues Sergeant Dunlop and proves his innocence. Super Fuzz then jumps down on to a plane where Mr. Torpedo and Rosie Labouche are escaping, and finally arrests them. A fitting ending for a Superhero!
