June 1944. The D-Day landings. The U.S. Air Force parachutes its best men into the heart of occupied France. The best? If only. Four totally incompetent soldiers land in the middle of the Normandy countryside. While the world is at war, they intend to stay alive and maybe meet a French girl or two. Clumsy, somewhat cowardly yet charming, they are the dregs at the bottom of the Transatlantic Alliance’s barrel. What choice is there other than lumping them together to keep a better eye on them? Together, they form the most peculiar unit of the American Army. Four idiots, who will unintentionally change the course of history. They are the Lazy Company.
