Cool Dragon is an ex-triad who is currently working at a restaurant in Hong Kong. His return shakes up the underworld. A boy appears before him and calls him "dad." Turns out his mother is Cool Dragon's ex-girlfriend, Helen. Cool Dragon wants nothing to do with the triad anymore but Helen attempts to get back with him as she wants to see him shine again.

On a street in Thailand, the young and murderous Cool Dragon gets injured in a triad fight. He calls for help but is betrayed by his own people. Fast forward to the present, Cool Dragon now works at a restaurant in Hong Kong and his return shakes up the underworld. When a six-year-old boy, Cheung Siu Lung, suddenly appears before him and calls him "dad," it turns out his mother, Cool Dragon's ex-girlfriend Helen, wants to see him shine again. But he wants nothing to do with the triad anymore.
