Ko Chun, a master gambler, loses his memories when he is pursued by his rival, Nam. Michael, who takes him in, soon recognizes his gambling talent and begins to exploit his abilities. Ko Chun's cousin, Ko Yee, allies himself with Nam to kill Ko Chun. Then Ko Chun is hit by a car, which restores his memories. Michael warns Ko Chun of Ko Yee's treachery but to no avail.
