Andy Lau stars as Poon Shing-Fung, a former bomb disposal officer of the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Bureau, who becomes the primary suspect of a terrorist bombing in Hong Kong. After being found in a coma at the site of the attack, Poon wakes up at the hospital with no recollection of what happened but soon escapes custody. With the terrorist group, Vendetta, and the police force on his tail, Poon stops at nothing to piece together the truth.
