Missing detective Wayne Lau has recently been embroiled in several incidents involving rogue police officers, leaving his wife, Detective Bo, to fend off the investigating officer, Detective Kei. At the same time, multiple incidents of bizarre and violent crimes break out in the city of Hong Kong, drawing the two of them unknowingly down a path leading towards an ingenious trap laid out by the syndicate of rogue cops.
