Following many years of civil war and illegal animal poaching, Uganda’s wildlife is now once again thriving. Poaching had endangered many of Uganda’s most iconic animals including mountain gorillas, cave elephants, the chimpanzees and even the tree-dwelling lions. With the national parks restored, these animals are making a comeback. This is a celebration of their survival.
