The unsuccessful Turkish actor Alper dreams of Hollywood and big film roles, but finds none in Berlin except kebab sellers or gangsters. To get closer to his dream of Hollywood and the woman of his heart, he pretends to be Italian out of necessity. But Alper has not reckoned with the consequences of this "white lie".
