The elephant Sebastian and his best friend, the cat Mitcho, live in the cozy harbor town of Solby. One day, their mayor, JB, disappears. When they find a message in a bottle from JB, who happens to be stranded on a mysterious island, an adventure begins. With a magic seed, they grow a giant pear they convert into a ship. Now the two friends must brave pirates and sea monsters to bring JB home.

On a fishing trip, Mitcho catches a message in a bottle from JB, who writes that he is stranded on a deserted island. The bottle also contains a small seed, which they plant, and overnight a giant pear grows! The pear is converted into a ship, and in it, Sebastian and Mitcho sail off on a dangerous adventure with pirates, sea dragons, and strange ghosts.
