First High School associated with the National Universities of Magic. The so-called "Magic High School" consists of two courses: the "first course," whose students have excellent grades; and the "second course," where there are substitute students for the first ones. Those are respectively called "Kakan" (Bloom) and "Zassō" (Weed). Two blood-related siblings are enrolled to this Magic High School. The older brother is in the Weed course, being a lazy student; while his sister is in the Bloom course, being one of the best scholars. An older brother who looks familiar; and a younger sister who loves him more than her family. Since they got through the gates of this elite school, rough days have occurred.
