Being looked down all the time, Inspector Chan tries to prove his worthiness by recruiting four young yet rebellious cops, Jack, Match, Alien and Y2K, to form the Generation X Cops. Together, they will fight against organized crime using all possible means, and vow to apprehend a yakuza boss named Akatora.
