Wanda is a young woman with Down syndrome and the sister of Luise's new boyfriend Sami. When she spontaneously assists Toni during a home birth, it gives him an idea. Toni plans to start an inclusion project to train people with Down syndrome as midwife assistants, but Wanda also has a new boyfriend and now wants a normal life of her own.
