Marriage is like the metaphor of the boiling frog. You will realize you have been in a marriage for the better part of a decade. If you back out, you'll lose everything, but you'll also suffer if you stay. To leave or stay is a choice a woman has to make, and this is the story of Jeannie and Simon.
Jeannie and Simon decide to get married as they cannot find a place to make love. The traditional marriage ceremony is old-fashioned in the 21st century, but if it's once in your life, people savor it. One day, Jeannie realizes that her ideologies no longer align with those of Simon. Her whole life seems to revolve around Simon, and without him, she lacks purpose. She leaves him boldly and signs the divorce paper with disgrace. Three years later, Simon comes back to her when his business collapses. He needs her, and they end up back together. One day, Simon is on the phone, and Jeannie is in the kitchen. When Jeannie looks at Simon, her heart shivers. It is all new, but it seems all too familiar.
