Set in the 1890s, Donald Duck is in love and pedaling his way to see his sweetheart, Daisy, on his penny-farthing bicycle, when an encounter with a pair of interfering chipmunks, Chip and Dale, spoils his good mood and derails his plans. Things go further awry when Daisy gets angry with Donald for his treatment of the mischievous duo.
