Homo Argentum

Homo Argentum presents a collection of sixteen satirical stories starring Guillermo Francella, who transforms himself in each scene into an Argentine social chameleon. Each character exposes tensions we all know: elegant opportunism, middle-class double standards, soccer idolatry, consumerist aspirations, a sense of humor in the face of chaos, overacted political correctness, the culture of hidden savings, the friendship mafia, or the art of playing dumb. There is no redemption or moral. There is humor and discomfort, but also tenderness and an irony as sharp as it is inevitable.
