Max und die Wilde 7: Die Geister-Oma
At the Burg Geroldseck retirement home, 10-year-old Max has finally found real friends — but they’re anything but ordinary: the adventurous retirees Vera, Horst, and Kilian from Table No. 7 are always there for him. Getting along with kids his own age, however, is a different story. In his new class, he’s being bullied, and to make matters worse, gym teacher Ströhle kicks him out of the soccer team. Horst wants to help and challenges Ströhle to a duel: Max and the “old timers” against the school team. How could that possibly work? But then, to top it all off, strange things start happening in the old castle, and it seems to be haunted. Will Max and the Wild 7 manage to win the soccer match and solve the mystery of the ghostly grandma?
In the new adventure from Winfried Oelsner, based on the successful children’s book series of the same name, things get not only exciting but also spooky! The world’s most unusual detective gang dives headfirst into a criminal case and learns that courage and teamwork can overcome any challenge — no matter how old you are. Alongside the young actors, Uschi Glas, Günther Maria Halmer, and Thomas Thieme shine as the quirky group of retirees, bringing plenty of team spirit and humor to the screen!
