Vivarium

Gemma and Tom love each other and want a home of their own to start a family. Then a real estate agent tempts them with the house of their dreams, located in a new housing development. The couple follows the salesman by car to the location. There, they discover a house with no charm, identical to all the others around it. But when they are about to leave, the agent has disappeared. In the middle of all these identical streets, they can no longer find their way back. Exhausted after hours of wandering, they end up settling into their new home. The nightmare is only beginning. An excellent critique of the housing bubble in an inventive and delightfully grim fantasy thriller.
