Barcelona, 1966. Law student Laia juggles her studies, a library job, and songwriting. Her world shifts when she begins dating Ignasi, an activist in the anti-Franco movement. Their relationship is further complicated by Ignasi’s wealthy, seemingly shallow best friend, David, who is not who he seems to be.

Laia starts dating Ignasi, a student who is committed to the clandestine fight against the Franco regime. Someone breaks into their relationship: David, Ignasi's best friend.
