Aboard her ultra-miniature ship, she travels inside a human body to observe how it works, assisted by her onboard computer, Neurone. During each new adventure, Captain Tone-up selects a child's question regarding the secrets to good health. After Captain Tone-up and Neurone analyze the question, they travel into the human body and explain the reason behind it.
