Michelle Chan, a beautiful acclaimed author, acquires two magazine brands, the Ladies and the Gentlemen, to launch a new magazine for both genders, called Boku. Alice Tsui is a rookie reporter for the Ladies, while Ryan Li is the deputy chief editor for the Gentlemen. Alice falls in love with Ryan at first sight, but Ryan only has eyes for his new boss, Michelle.

During an interview in the mountain, Alice loses her glasses and Ryan comes to her rescue. Ryan however falls and gets hurt. Alice therefore cooks for him everyday and helps him decorate his new place. But when Ryan discovers how Alice feels about him, he tries to avoid her. Alice thus quits in sadness. One day, Ryan is at his place that Alice once helped him decorate, he cannot help but reminisce those days together…
