The Night Manager

Amid the political unrest of the Arab Spring in Cairo, hotel night manager Jonathan Pine becomes involved in a situation that exposes him to the shadowy world of international power and influence. Years later, Pine is approached by British intelligence officer Angela Burr, who is determined to investigate the activities of the wealthy and well-connected businessman Richard Roper. To gain access to Roper’s organization, Pine adopts a new identity and works his way into the trusted inner circle surrounding him. As Pine moves deeper into Roper’s world, the operation becomes increasingly complex, with shifting loyalties, hidden interests and growing pressure from powerful figures who would prefer the investigation to disappear. With the stakes rising and trust in short supply, Pine and Burr must navigate a dangerous path in their effort to uncover the truth.
