Mickey is the captain of a tugboat with Donald and Goofy as his crew. While cleaning the boat Captain Mickey receives a distress signal from a sinking ship. Mickey issues the orders to respond to the SOS, but as they rush to get the boat underway, it explodes. Later, they find out the cry for help was only a radio show.
