Named among the seven horror wonders of the world by CNN, Gonjiam Psychiatric Hospital is infamous for being haunted. Years later, a webcast program recruits brave contenders for a live horror game. But unknown to the hosts and the contestants, the "haunted" hospital is not what it seems.

CNN has selected Gonjiam Psychiatric Hospital in South Korea as one of the world's seven horror wonders of the world. The locals believe that Gonjiam Psychiatric Hospital is a dreaded place where many patients died under mysterious circumstances, eventually leading to its shutdown in the 1990s. Now years later, a webcast program recruits brave contenders to join a horror game that will be broadcast live from Gonjiam. Unknown to them, the hosts have secretly arranged for pranks to attract more viewers. However, things start getting out of control when the "ghosts" of the hospital haunt the contestants.
