Five random people get special abilities unexpectedly, after organ transplant.

They form a team and call themselves the "HI-FIVE."

Late night, the body that underwent organ transplant surgery disappears into ashes. Meanwhile, five people who received hearts, corneas, lungs, livers, and kidneys from the donor gain supernatural abilities. From a girl with great strength to a hipster who controls electromagnetic waves, a writer who blasts a wind, a factory manager who heals other people, and a woman with an unidentified ability. These five people assemble a superhero team called "Hi-FIVE." However, a cult leader who got pancreas transplant, gets the ability to absorb the energy of another life. He desires to take the powers of the Hi-FIVE and to become omnipotent.
