Infernal Affairs II

The assassination of Triad kingpin Kwun unleashes a power struggle among other Triad bosses. While they lie in wait for chaos, Sam remains the only loyalist. To everybody’s surprise, Kwun’s son Hau becomes the unlikely winner of the scramble. Inspector Wong sends rookie Yan as a mole to infiltrate Hau’s organization. There, Yan befriends Keung, one of Sam’s underlings. Meanwhile, Sam sends a young subordinate, Ming, to enroll in the police cadet academy. After three years, Yan and Ming have risen to high ranks in their organizations, while Hau seeks revenge.
