Ex-Warden Tang Hon Chung is sent to prison after being convicted of corruption. Having failed to break out of prison, Ho Chun is also sent back to the prison to serve out his sentence. Knowing that Tang Hon Chung is familiar with the operation of the prison, Ho Chun tempts him to break out of prison. The two immediately team up and even plan to frame Big Roller in their breakout scheme. However, Ho Chun soon finds out that Tang Hon Chung has his own agenda. He is thus forced to turn to Big Roller and Mak Kin Tin. Together, they work with the new warden Ma Mun Hou to expose Tang Hon Chung’s crookery.
