Tang Kar-yung and Lam Ting-kwok work for a wealthy businessman, Lee Ah-chai. As Ah-chai thinks highly of Ting-kwok, Kar-yung gets jealous and the two drift apart. Kar-yung embraces Chu Lo-tai while Ting-kwok goes to Malacca. Years later, Kar-yung kills Chu Lo-tai to replace him. He also plots to eliminate Ah-chai and Ting-kwok. Ting-kwok and Ah-chai return to Hong Kong to seek revenge.

Tang Kar-yung and Lam Ting-kwok, two best friends who wander on streets in Hong Kong are taken under Lee Ah-chai's wings. Lee Ah-chai is a wealthy Teochew businessman. As Ah-chai thinks highly of Ting-kwok, Kar-yung gets jealous and soon, the two drift apart. Kar-yung turns the gun round against Ah-chai and embraces Chu Lo-tai while Ting-kwok chooses to make a living in Malacca. Years later, Kar-yung kills Chu Lo-tai and set up his own gang. He also plots to eliminate Ah-chai and Ting-kwok. Ting-kwok and Ah-chai who were filled with enormous grief and anger, return to Hong Kong to seek revenge against Kar-yung.
