When police from different eras work together to solve a case that remains unsolved, an old, non-functional radio serves as their means of communication across time. The radio only works at exactly 11:23 PM, and each time they make contact, the signal is activated. The investigation is supported by a female inspector who has a past trauma: her lover disappeared without a trace. Each time the past is altered, there’s no way to know if the present we are in will turn out for better or for worse.
