Sunny and five other circus performers, including Dachu, inhale unknown chemicals and exhibit animalization signs. Dachu and his troupe take advantage of their newfound power to mess up the city. Sunny, a clown at a local circus, dreams of becoming a great flying dagger performer, just like his legendary father. By chance, Sunny goes treasure hunting deep in the mountains in Malaysia with five other circus performers, including Dachu. They inhale an unknown chemical during the adventure and start exhibiting signs of animalization. Dachu and his troupe take advantage of their newfound power to mess up the city. This alerts the Hong Kong police to seek help from kung fu expert Suan and his partner, Xiuhua. Sunny has become incredibly agile and a major force in assisting the cops in their fight against Dachu's team. Ambitious anchor Angel promotes Sunny to "the people's hero" for her own interest. But Inspector Suan is determined to teach Sunny to master his unlimited strength to save the city.
