Woo Gon is a passionate manager who may not have much but has a great eye for talent and determination for success. He devotes himself to his client, a budding actress who has depended on him for a long time. He puts everything into launching her career, but when a tipsheet causes a massive scandal, she commits suicide.

Woo Gon loses everything to a baseless rumor spread through the so-called tipsheet, and decides to find the people who distributed them.

Woo Gon meets Park, a former-reporter-turned tipsheet distributor, and Baek Moon, a wiretapping expert to discover the clandestine world of tipsheet production, distribution, and consumption.
