One day, he is suddenly hit with the bombshell that he has terminal liver cancer, and his only chance of surviving is to get a new liver transplant within 10 days. After much searching, Tae Gunho finds the right match, a con artist in prison, Cha Hayeon. Approaching her for the transplant, Hayeon agrees, but on the condition that he locates Cho Myungseok, the person who put Cha in prison. Using Tae Gunho's desperation against him to find Cho, Hayeon decides to double cross Gunho, forcing him to hunt her down.
