Ashito Aoi, a junior high school student living in Ehime, is the ace of a weak soccer club. On the day his team loses at the last tournament in junior high, Aoi goes to the beach to vent out his anger and meets a man who watched the game. That man is Tatsuya Fukuda, a head coach of the J-League's prominent club Tokyo City Esperion FC's Youth Football Team. Fukuda sees unlimited talent in him, so he starts sharing his ambitions for the boy's future. Aoi answers by going to Tokyo for the selection.
