La Agencia is the Spanish adaptation of the successful French series Call My Agent!. The action takes place at the Rebecca Talent talent agency, where Gabi and the rest of the agents face personal conflicts while managing the careers of their clients. Gabi, son of the boss and founder of Rebecca Talent, has been married for 16 years to Andrea, also an agent at the agency. At a moment of weakness for both agents, something happens that blows their marriage apart. The separation not only affects their private lives but also jeopardizes the delicate internal balance of the agency. Gabi has to learn to live without her and try to reinvent himself. The appearance of Valeria, Gabi's childhood friend and agent for the competition, only complicates matters.
Other key characters orbit around them, such as Matías, Gabi's brother-in-law and the agency's most calculating strategist, who will have to deal with the appearance of a person who will put his life in check, or Maribel, a veteran agent who tries to keep calm amid the chaos.
