Two rival Belgian brass bands, one Flemish and one Walloon, are set for a European final. When the Flemish band's soloist dies, they plot to steal their rival's star trumpeter. What follows is a musical romantic comedy of sabotage, duets, and unexpected love in the quest for victory.
